How do I start?

Find a comfortable place to sit and close your eyes. Whether you choose to sit in a chair or lie down, ensure you maintain a dignified, wakeful posture.

Meditating twice a day (morning and afternoon) fosters deep rest and helps dissolve accumulated stress. It is best to meditate away from direct sunlight and avoid practicing right after a heavy meal. Fifteen minutes is ideal, but sit longer if you like.

To silently repeat your mantra, let it come to you effortlessly—it is more like listening to the sound than forcing it.

Thoughts and external noises are a natural part of the practice. Rather than treating sounds as interruptions, observe them with non-judgmental awareness, acknowledge them, and gently return to your mantra.

In the beginning, let the audio guide you. Over time, you will notice your sleep and daily activities moving with greater ease. Once you get the hang of it, make the practice your own.
