THE CHOPRA CENTER’S ACCLAIMED METHOD TAUGHT BY JENNY WALKER FOR THE HORSE AND RIDER.

  • Under pressure, the connection between mind and body can fray. Your body’s instinctive training is overshadowed by mental noise, doubt, and anticipation. This is for the rider who knows their potential is greater than their performance and is ready to bridge that gap.

  • The method is rooted in a proven, ancient technique: Primordial Sound Meditation. We adapt this powerful practice specifically for the rider’s mindset, giving you simple, repeatable exercises to quiet the internal chatter and access a state of relaxed concentration on demand.

  • You will receive your own personal mantra, a unique sound calculated from your birth data that is yours and yours alone. This becomes the cornerstone of your mental toolkit, allowing you to find calm in the storm, deepen your partnership through presence, and unlock the confident performance you know you're capable of.

  • What if I've never meditated before?

This course is designed especially for you. Primordial Sound Meditation doesn't require any previous experience. It's not about forcing your mind to be silent, but about effortlessly learning to access the quiet that already exists within you. We'll guide you every step of the way.

  • How is my personal mantra calculated?

Your mantra is calculated using the specific date, time, and location of your birth, based on the Vedic system taught by the Chopra Center. This determines the unique sound, or vibration, the universe was making at the moment you arrived. It's a tool that is personally and powerfully yours.

  • What is the time commitment?

The beauty of this practice is its flexibility. For the most profound benefits, we recommend two 20-minute sessions per day, but the course is designed to help you build a sustainable practice that fits your unique schedule. Even starting with a few minutes a day will create a shift.

  • How long will I have access to the course materials?

You will have lifetime access to all In This Lesson course materials, including any future updates. You can revisit the lessons anytime you need a refresher or wish to deepen your practice.

Meet Your Guide

My journey with horses began later in life, and for years, my time in the saddle felt like I was white-knuckling my way through fear. After a bad fall—one of many—I found myself constantly waiting for disaster. My horses always knew. Each one taught me something about myself, and I eventually had to face the truth: the struggle I was having with my horse was a mirror for the struggles I was having in the rest of my life.

Coming from an adrenaline-pumping career and a life that was always "vibrating at a 10," the internal noise was deafening. I knew something had to shift. That's when I discovered meditation—not as another app to log into, but as a practice to become truly self-sufficient. The goal was simple but profound: to unplug from the noise and reconnect with myself.

That practice changed everything. I began meditating with my horses, sitting by the paddock while they grazed, simply sharing a state of calm. The fear dissolved and was replaced by a new level of partnership. I learned how to drop into the same field as my horse, where he could see me and I could see him. We were one. I created In This Lesson to share this transformative practice with fellow riders, so you too can quiet the noise and build the deep, intuitive bond you've always wanted with your partner.
